'Hillcroft' Boarding House. The traditional construction a new boarding house, under a profiled tiled roof. Generally 2 storeys but with 3 storey 'tower' elements containing second floor plant/store rooms. Project included M&E services, drainage including a pumped main, landscape and a separate maintenance compound. In the past 10 years we have undertaken 12 projects for this long standing client.
