Holton Lee, Poole, Dorset
Holton Lee is set in 350 acres of diverse and stunning landscape adjacent to Poole Harbour. It provides unrivalled facilities for people with disabilities and special needs. This project created a new single storey guesthouse providing 10-bed accommodation with on-suite facilities. The construction was timber framed, with Douglas Fir external timber cladding, and a standing seam aluminium roof system. The work included conversion of existing building, drainage, landscape and external works.
