News: Wilding Butler Commence Largest Project Ever

Winchester based Wilding Butler Construction has commenced its largest project to date for Highwood Residential Ltd, a specialist provider of Retirement Living and Care Home facilities across the south.

At almost £4m this Wilding Butler design build project provides a new 86 bed 3 storey Private Nursing /Care Home at Rowner Road, Gosport, Hampshire. The timber frame construction will provide spacious modern facilities for its guests, with on suite bedrooms, together with 2 lifts, kitchens, laundry and public rooms. The project is due for completion in July 2009, with its acknowledged expertise in this market sector; Wilding Butler has successfully completed a number of other similar projects in the last three years.
