News: Awarded Project for New Sports Pavilion, Farnborough

Wilding Butler has been awarded another Leisure & Recreational sector project for a new Sports Pavilion at Southwood Playing Fields, Farnborough. Valued at £1.06m the new sports facility will provide 8 new changing rooms in place of the existing inadequate facilities, which are to be demolished as part of this project. The new single storey building is traditional build with ' Britmet' metal roof tiles over exposed timber roof trusses and Glulam beams. It includes 8 changing rooms, function room, official rooms, offices, kitchen and plant room. External works include services, drainage and an access road. Work commenced in June and is well underway.
