News: Royal Opening of Dorset Project

HRH The princess Royal officially opened the much-needed new guesthouse facility built by Wilding Butler, set in the 350acre facility at Holten Lee, which overlooks Poole harbour and Lychett Bay. The new guesthouse is a 10 Bed accommodation with on-suite facilities, for those with special needs providing respite care for them, their carers as well as others. The new building is single storey, with closed panellised timber frame, and prefabricated timber internal walls. Complete with a cassette, aluminium seamed clad roof. The project included conversion of existing building, drainage, landscape and external works.
