Our People

Companies succeed by attracting and retaining the best employees. At Wilding Butler we have great people in our team who also care: - they care passionately about our service, the projects we build, together with our client’s aspirations and objectives.

Our highly experienced and dedicated staff are well qualified, with many being members of major construction professional institutes. At all times they maintain communication with our client’s through close collaboration, openness, honesty and trust.

We have achieved Investor in People Status and are totally committed to its principles, together with a culture where all staff can develop, innovate and fulfil their full potential. A regular annual personal skills and development review is undertaken with each staff member and an agreed training programme is developed, recognising their role within the company and their future potential.

Wilding Butler has total commitment to providing a continuous training programme for its staff including safety, health and environment issues, as well as academic qualifications. As part of this commitment we have in place a joint venture Training Partnership Agreement with the Chartered Institute of Building to develop the qualifications and skills of all our staff. We regard training as a vital investment for the organisation and firmly believe that our staff benefit substantially from training relevant to their role.
